Waterproof Coatings & Water Repellents:

AQUELLA

Cementitious waterproof coating for concrete & masonry internal & subgrade walls & floors. Expands minutely upon curing, completely filling pores. When applied correctly, AQUELLA is 100% waterproof. Cures hard white and can be painted with any paint suitable for concrete or overlaid with carpet, wood, etc. AQUELLA is simply mixed with water and painted onto a predampened surface. Coverage of 1 – 1.5 square metres per kilogram. Very cost effective.

AQUELLUX S
AQUELLUX S is a state of the art siloxane water repellent which is used to make porous building materials water repellent without changing their appearance. When applied to a surface AQUELLUX S typically penetrates to a depth of between 2 and 5 millimetres. AQUELLUX S then reacts with atmospheric humidity to form a solid tack free resin which lines, without blocking, the pores and capillaries within the surface structure. Water absorption into the building material is stopped or greatly reduced while moisture within the material is still able to evaporate out.
AQUELLUX S has excellent alkali and U.V. resistance. In normal circumstances a treated surface will remain water resistant for more than 10 years. Highly porous surfaces may require reapplication more regularly.

SILAC
Premium acrylic modified silicone water repellent for absorbent substrates, especially Oamaru stone. Provides all the benefits of AQUELLUX S, and the acrylic component provides an anti-dusting/densifying action on dusty surfaces. Very long lasting (over 17 years documented performance). Also recommended for stone carvings. SILAC should be used to protect all Oamaru stone and limestone walls, roofs, etc., and inclined surfaces from damage due to weather, spalling due to frost or freezing and corrosion due to waterborne chemicals.

HARDCOAT
Clear, non-yellowing acrylic concrete sealer for imprinted concrete, exposed aggregate and plain concrete. Seals concrete against damage from oil, salts and the corrosive action of common chemicals. For driveways, footpaths, swimming pool areas, etc. Apply two coats for maximum protection. Additional coats increase sheen. Satin Finish.

LIQUI-HARD - SEALTIGHT LIQUI-HARD
Concrete Densifier and Chemical Hardener Compound is a ready-to-use, colourless liquid concentration of 100% active chemicals that deeply penetrate the surface of concrete. SEALTIGHT LIQUI-HARD is specifically designed to produce hardened, dustproofed and improved chemically resistant surfaces wherever it is applied. Through a chemical ion exchange process,

Penetrates progressively through the concrete and chemically solidifies all the component parts into a homogeneous concrete mass. Besides its densifying and hardening action, LIQUI-HARD solidifies the concrete eliminating dusting, rotting and pitting. LIQUI-HARD is recommended for use wherever hardening, dustproofing and improved chemically resistant surfaces are required. Ideal applications include floors in industrial plants and warehouses, storage silos, sewage plants, chemical processing facilities, refineries and heavy pedestrian floor traffic areas such as civic centres, sports arenas, stadiums, hospitals, airports and museums. It also provides an excellent protective treatment for preventing oxidation of iron aggregate floors.
