Thorndon Overbridge, Wellington Motorway. EPAR TLS 124 high-speed, high-strength liquid epoxy grout used to bond the barrier support bracket studs into the concrete bridge.
The Te Wharewaka O Poneke Building (Canoe House) Wellington water front was developed to serve as the entertainment centre for the 2011 Rugby World Cup. Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) was used as the waterproofing admixture to waterproof the concrete. To the right is the New Zealand Stock Exchange whose underground car park is also waterproofed using KIM.
Nelson Subdivision. Retardé E XTRA exposed aggregate retarder used to create decorative exposed aggregate footpaths and surrounds in high strength concrete.
Wiri Inland Port., Auckland. The rail exchange at Port’s of Auckland Wiri Inland Port used Fracure Wax Emulsion curing compound to provide the highest level of moisture retention and ensure the concrete quickly developed its strength for long-term durability.
Dunedin Railway Station. Silac acrylic modified silane/siloxane water repellent used to help protect this iconic Oamaru stone building from weather related damage.
Krystol T1 & T2 crystalline coatings applied to the concrete freezer floor aboard the factory ship Rehua to protect against water damage to the concrete.
Retarde E concrete retarder for high quality exposed aggregate as used by JFC in Auckland
Auckland District Health Board car park building. Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) admixture used in the top floor to waterproof the concrete.
Precast effluent tank reinforced with Forta Ferro macro fibre reinforcement system and released using Bio-R release agent.
Nelson outfall collar reinforced with Forta Ferro macro fibres. Forta Ferro fibres cannot rust or corrode and are therefore suitable for continuous sea water immersion.
